Preparing for Sleep

—What you do during the evening can impact how you sleep. —For example, drinking too much liquid right before you go to sleep can cause you to awaken frequently to use the bathroom. Engaging in vigorous physical activity can energize you and make it more difficult to fall asleep. Engaging in emotionally-charged conversation can cause you stress and make it harder to relax.

Everyone has their own preference regarding how to get a good night’s sleep.  The important thing is to find out what works best for you!
